As per the direction of the Government and keeping in mind the welfare of the children, the Management  has decided to send the children to home on 18th March 2020 (Tomorrow). So the parents of 3rd standard to 9th standard are requested to take your wards from 2 pm. Further information will be communicated to you later.

   

CHRISTMAS PRELUDE

“Jingle Bells, Jingle bells, Jingle  all the way”

    Santa Claus is coming to town, yes. December is the loveliest and most favourite month. A time to celebrate & share Love, Peace and Joy.

    The Christmas Prelude celebrations in Montfort began on 3rd evening. The children were buzzing with excitement and brimming with joy. The Chief Guest of the day was the Superior of Holy Cross Convent, Yercaud Sr. Mary Lizzy.

    The tiny tots of Junior section presented a wonderful dance drama titled ‘Joy – A search’. The hall was vibrating when the choir singing the Carols. Sr. Mary Lizzy, the Chief Guest in her address invited the children to search for the real joy of Christmas in this holy season to lead their life as soldiers of God. The Christmas Prelude came to an end with the distribution of sweet packets to the children.

    The staff of Montfort had the Christmas gathering on 19th December in the Eugene hall. Children, staff and Brothers entered the hall in a procession singing the carols with lighted candles. Games were conducted for children of different age groups and staff separately. Rev Bro. Augustine Novello, the Director & Rev. Bro. Varghese the Principal shared the Christmas messages.  Brothers shared the Christmas joy with all the staff members and children presenting beautiful gifts. A sumptuous dinner was enjoyed. Staff exchanged their warm greetings of the season with each other before they left for Christmas vacation.

    The domestic employees of Montfort, who support the Management in smooth running of the institution also had the Christmas gathering separately. They too received their gifts and enjoyed their dinner with their family members and exchanged their greetings too.
